Maximum loan for corporate applications: £250,000.00, non-corporate £150,000.00 and non-home ownership, £50,000.00. Loans can start at £25,500.00.

• Trading must be for a minimum of 3 years and turnover must be at least £100,000.00 for 2 years.
• If corporate, We need the last 2 years accounts and the last 2 years accounts must be listed at Companies House. Non-corporate, we need the last 2 years.
• Last 3 months business bank statements right up to date.
• The loans can be used for any legitimate business purpose but must not be property related but that can be overcome a lot of the time.

The loans are supported by Personal Guarantees from the directors/partners.

Are you aware that without a Business Property Relief Trust in your Will your family could have to pay 40% Inheritance Tax. I.H.T also without specific appointed Business Executors in your Will.
